• Content data (uploads that pass moderation).

• Moderation logs (metadata only; prohibited content not stored).
• Communications (support tickets, reports).

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and improve the Service.
• To enforce Terms and moderate content.
• To detect fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations (CSAM, threats).

3. Content Moderation

All uploads are scanned before storage. Prohibited content is blocked immediately. Metadata of blocked attempts may be stored for up to 12 months for compliance.

User Content & Hosting Disclaimer

DreamCine is a neutral hosting platform that allows users to upload, generate, and share their own creative content. All user-generated materials remain the property and responsibility of their respective creators.

DreamCine does not create, edit, or endorse user content. Our systems may automatically process and analyze uploaded content for moderation, safety, and compliance purposes, such as detecting objectionable or illegal material. This processing is limited to maintaining platform integrity and user safety and is not used for advertising or profiling.

In case of a valid report or legal notice, DreamCine may remove or restrict access to specific content in accordance with applicable law.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data only with service providers (hosting, analytics, support tools), law enforcement (when legally required), or in case of mergers/legal obligations.

5. Retention

• Account data: until account deletion.
• Moderation logs: up to 12 months.

6. User Rights

• GDPR (EU/UK): access, correction, deletion, portability.
• CCPA (California): right to know, delete, opt-out of sale (we do not sell).
• PIPEDA (Canada): right to access and correct.

7. No Paid Services

DreamCine currently does not offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, tips, or donation features. All experiences inside the app are free to access, so we do not collect, process, or rely on any payment data.

8. Security

We use encryption, monitoring, and minimization. Prohibited content is never stored.

9. Children

DreamCine is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
